Phew…I’m tired

Wow, this little guy was such an active 20 month old! He kept me on my toes. I think his motto was “it’s a big city and LOTS to see!”

It took some trickery but we managed to get a ton of shots. His parents were great sports and quickly caught on to my tricks…” ok, I’m going to get ready and you show him this neat leaf by this fence. OK…ready…set… GO!!” He would seriously take a look at something and then just as fast, turn away and continue down the sidewalk. Alright, let’s move on. He had places to GO!

For me, this is the key to getting those natural shots…keep ‘em happy not matter how far we needed to wander around the city!

Thanks for a great morning little one. Keep moving!

A little tape, some good buddies, and lots of creativity…

My 6 year old daughter and her neighbor friends can spend HOURS playing in the backyard. This day was no different except they wanted to take tape out with them. Hmmmm…kids and Scotch Tape? Could be messy. Apparently, they found an inch worm and it needed a home.

Well, later that day this is what I found. Welcome home Wormy!

The inch worm “Porta Poty”. Good thing N. was thinking of a worms basic needs.

A comfy place to sleep. Notice the decorations on the bedroom walls? The girls made this one. Every bedroom needs some PIZZAZ!

Every inch worm needs a movie theater for those rainy days.

Life can get boring as an inch worm. Thank goodness Wormy’s human friends made him a MOVIE THEATER! The leaves are the rows of seats. Wonder what’s playing?
